Unjumble's is Australian and marketing-focused, so it is smaller by design and every freelancer who works on Unjumble has an ABN connected and an Australian mobile. If your shortlist has to be people who know the Aussie market and can work your hours, a smaller local pool is the point rather than a limitation.

Yes. Posting is free, reading bids is free, and there is no subscription. You pay for the work itself, at the price the freelancer quoted, split into stages. Unjumble takes a connection fee on completed work only: 20% on the first gig with a business, 10% on every gig after that with the same business.
