Every gig runs on a payment schedule agreed up front, and the business pays before you start. On an outcome-based gig, each stage is charged before you start, and it pays out when the stage is signed off, or on its own 14 days after you submit it unless the business raises an issue. On a time-based gig, the business is charged for each month as it starts, and that month pays out to you when the next month starts, unless the business raises an issue. Every payment runs through Stripe. No chasing invoices.

Yes. You set your price on every bid, time-based (paid for the hours) or outcome-based (paid for an agreed deliverable). There is no race to the bottom against offshore accounts; every gig is from an Australian business.

Yes. When a gig is done and signed off, the business can come straight back to you for the next one. We take a connection fee of 20% on every stage of a gig with a business, until a gig with that business is completed. On gigs accepted after that, we take a repeat fee of 10%. Good work compounds; your reviews and portfolio build with every gig.
