Channel & Content MarketingOver a 12-month partnership, Freshly Digital repositioned Model Chic's social media strategy to prioritise educational content, authentic user-generated content (UGC) and community-first storytelling. Rather than relying solely on product-focused content, we developed a strategy that combined styling inspiration with practical education, helping customers understand how the brand solved real problems while creating content they genuinely wanted to watch, save and share. Alongside refining the brand's visual identity and messaging, we strengthened UGC partnerships with creators across Australia and implemented a TikTok-first strategy focused on organic growth. Through ongoing trend analysis, content optimisation and active community management, we adapted our approach to increase visibility on the For You Page and consistently reach new audiences. Results Over six months, Model Chic's TikTok community grew from 4,300 to 18,300 followers, while content views increased significantly through an education and UGC-led content strategy. Social Media & Content StrategyFreshly Digital has partnered with Bond Street Jewellers on an ongoing social media management retainer, focused on building long-term brand awareness through consistent, community-driven content. Rather than relying solely on product showcases, we repositioned the content strategy to highlight the craftsmanship, expertise and people behind the brand through educational content and authentic employee-generated content (EGC). This approach allows the audience to connect with the jewellers, better understand the custom design process and build trust before they ever step into the showroom. Alongside fortnightly content scheduling and management, we developed a sustainable content creation cycle that aligns with the team's monthly capacity, ensuring the brand maintains a consistent online presence without disrupting day-to-day operations. We also produce annual seasonal campaigns for key retail periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the holiday season, helping the brand stay relevant throughout the year while strengthening its visual identity and messaging. Results: The implementation of a structured content creation workflow has enabled consistent employee-generated content across social media, while the shift towards educational and community-focused storytelling has strengthened brand awareness, increased audience connection and created a more sustainable long-term content strategy.
